My responsibility was to analyze the potential audience for a casino product under the Pokerstars brand, define the concept, onboard numerous teams to invest and support my vision, advise an execution plan, build monitor and improve.
As the lead Product manager I was responsible for all user facing experiences, including acquisition, marketing, adoption, retention, task success and happiness.
As head of product design, I leveraged our success to influence other teams within the group to standardize processes and methodologies while making sure we keep delivering high quality experiences.
